Buen dia, tengo una impresora LaserJet Pw y una pc con Windows 10 64bit no la puedo hacer andar en forma inalambrica. No puedo instalar el software. Yo ya lo he solucionado. Mira si en tu disco duro C tienes un directorio con el nombre de la impresora.
